Element Logic UK Appoints New Customer Success Director

Element Logic, the world’s first and largest AutoStore distributor, has appointed Gary Allen as the Customer Success Director of its UK business.

In this crucial new role, Gary will provide dedicated after installation support, further strengthening Element Logic’s already excellent reputation for managing projects on time and within budget.  

Gary brings over 20 years’ experience in the warehouse automation sector following his tenure as Sales Director at Linde MH UK. With such extensive industry expertise, he will be instrumental in elevating Element Logic’s UK business to deliver world-class post-project customer service, effectively addressing the evolving logistical needs of the company’s expanding client base. 

Gary said: “I am thrilled to join Element Logic at such a pivotal time. Leading the UK Customer Success team as we continue to grow the UK business is truly exciting. We have great customers, and my goal is to enhance their experience and support them in maximising their growth, whilst being mindful of the challenges we face in delighting our customers.”
